Short DescriptionThe Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams.
Experience Required3-5 years required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
PGY1 preferred or BCOP ( or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
Education RequirementsDoctorate Degree Required
License/Certification RequirementsNew Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
