Mimmo's in Essex Pizzeria & Restaurant is seeking to hire a Pizza Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and planning of orders.
• Ensure that pizza activities operate in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
• Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks, including line cooking, food preparation.
• Implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.

Requirements :

• MUST LIVE LOCALLY.
• You possess a good attitude.
• 1 to 2 years cooking on a line/ or making hand-tossed pizza.
• Work well with great people.
• Go the extra mile to help the team and guests.
• Always on time.
• Work clean.
• Take initiative.
• Great sense of urgency.
• Follow directions.
• Good personal image.
• Great communication skills.
• Dependable transportation.
