Join a fast-paced, growing print and mail company in Bridgeview, IL, as
an Account Manager/Estimator! We\'re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage client accounts and provide accurate project estimates for print, mail, and fulfillment services.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Prepare detailed estimates for print and mail jobs, including materials,
labor, and timelinesCollaborate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth project
executionMonitor project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client
relationshipsTrack job costs and assist with invoicing accuracy
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in print/mail or related estimating/account management roleStrong understanding of print production processes and materials
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
