We are seeking an experienced and certified OASIS & Utilization Review Nurse to join our dynamic review team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of OASIS assessments and coding, which directly impact our Star Ratings, process measures, and Value-Based Purchasing performance.
