### **Job Type:**
* **Full-Time (Remote)**
* **1-Month Trial**, renewable based on performance
### **Compensation:**
* **$400/month fixed salary**
* **$350 during 1-month trial period**
* **Potential for performance-based incentives after successful completion of trial**
### **Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Set up and manage the company’s **LinkedIn Business profile**
* **Post job listings on major platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter**, and local job markets in LATAM, Pakistan, and Eastern Europe
* Source and screen **senior-level developers** with strong verbal English skills
* Coordinate interviews and assist in onboarding selected candidates
* Identify and recruit suitable **service providers** aligned with agency and client requirements
* Provide **virtual administrative assistance** when needed
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
* Collaborate directly with internal leadership to align recruiting efforts with hiring strategy
### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in **technical recruiting** and/or **virtual assistance**
* **Strong written and spoken English communication skills**
* **Must have an active LinkedIn profile**
* **Comfortable with remote work tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom)**
* **Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented**
* **Familiarity with international job platforms and local markets in LATAM, Pakistan, and Eastern Europe is a plus**
### **Working Hours & Duration:**
* **Full-Time**: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
* **Trial Period**: 1 month
* Potential for **long-term extension** based on performance
