Program Manager Employee Experience Programs (Remote)

We are looking for a Program Manager for a large, global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site and subpages. You will develop and maintain project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

This is a 6-month contract, 40-hour per week remote role in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

1. SharePoint Build & Migration

  • Lead the end-to-end design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site and subpages.
  • Migrate content from the current microsite to the new SharePoint site.
  • Ensure the site is intuitive, engaging, and enhances the employee experience.

2. Tactical Program Support

  • Support execution of the Recognition Program and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide programmatic support for larger Finance & Strategy initiatives, ensuring follow-through and alignment.

3. Project Management Discipline

  • Develop and maintain project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Track and report progress against goals and deliverables; create dashboards or updates for stakeholders.
  • Document processes, standards, and lessons learned to ensure repeatability and smooth hand-offs.
  • Create clear communications and materials that engage employees and enable leaders to deliver messages effectively.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in project or program management, with a track record of independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
  • Must have project/program management experience related to employee experience programs (talent/culture programs, onboarding, employee surveys, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives such as recognition programs, learning sessions, or SharePoint build-outs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable communications.
  • Experience with process documentation and knowledge management to create repeatable standards and smooth transitions.
  • Experience with SharePoint site design, migration, and content management is a plus.
