Job Description

Project Coordinator

Elite Technical is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Healthcare Insurance client with renewing accounts for the benefits offerings. The selected candidate will be support our client-s internal Sales team with renewal efforts of their accounts. This position requires some direct client and account management interaction (virtual) to support large meetings efforts between internal stakes holders and external clients / brokers. The selected candidate will:

1. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs.
2. Assists with end to end tasks related to account renals, implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.
3. Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.
4. Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.
5. Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.

Although this position is primarily remote, our client is requesting two (2) monthly visits to either their Owings Mills or Canton Marland offices.

Required Skills

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree is preferred, not required.
- Experience: Min of 3 years Project Coordinator related experience (prefer 5 years). Facilitating/scheduling calls via MS Teams with internal and external stakeholders, project reporting to sales/executive team members, monitoring tasks to ensure timely completions
- Must have external client facing experience
- Must have worked with Sales teams
- Background in healthcare insurance is considered a huge plus: Facets, account onboarding/implementation/renewals, FACETS is preferred.
- Must have strong MS Excel, Outlook and MS Teams skills
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
- Able to quickly adapt with changes
- Big Plus: Coming from a production environment with KPI/SLA-s to adhere to / meet.
