At The MGN , we help nonprofits amplify their message and build community connections through in-person outreach. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join us as Public Engagement Assistants . No experience? No problem — we provide full training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with community members at events and outreach activities
Share information about nonprofit missions and encourage public support
Assist with event setup, materials distribution, and data collection
Represent our clients with energy and professionalism
Work closely with teammates to ensure successful campaigns
Who We’re Looking For:
18+ and available for full-time, in-person work
Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Passionate about making a positive community impact
