We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant provides administrative support for the Rector, office staff, and volunteer leaders in order to meet the daily and weekly demands of the church. The Receptionist/Office Assistant will need to be able to exercise creativity and sound judgment without close supervision. while completing and organizing various ministry tasks to support our staff and church events. Must be willing to monitor, welcome, and assist those who contact or visit the church office. Utilizes expertise in computer applications and websites such as Microsoft Office, Slack, SignUp Genius, and Constant Contact.

What You'll Do:
Maintains calendar and volunteering schedule and sends reminders to volunteers as
needed.
• Answers main office phone, greets and screens visitors, monitor and respond to office
voicemail and church emails.
• Review and print weekly bulletin and readings for Sunday service.
• Create funeral bulletins.
• Sort and prepare mail.
• Schedule and monitor flower memorials.
• General assistance with office tasks, as needed.
• Attend weekly staff meeting and keep meeting minutes
