Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide | Outpatient | Full-time | 649 Meyers Baker Rd # 102, London, KY 40741

Are you planning to apply to PT or PTA school and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic outpatient setting? H2 Health is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide to join our team in London, KY.

This is more than just a support role, it’s a launchpad for your future in physical therapy. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced clinicians, gain real-world patient care exposure, and become a vital part of a compassionate, patient-first team.

Your Role: 

  • Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support 
  • Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment 
  • Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks 
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation 
  • Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus 
  • Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
  • Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.
