Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Clerks / Specialists . This position involves accurately entering, updating, and managing data in various systems and platforms. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong typing skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company databases and systems
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Review and update existing data
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure data quality
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Follow company procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent typing speed (at least 40-50 WPM recommended)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Availability to work day or night shifts, including weekends

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (your local time)
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (your local time)
• Custom shifts may be available depending on team needs
