Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation. Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows. Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources. Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained. Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS standards Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact. What We’re Looking For: Active RN License in good standing (Required) Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills (Required) Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required) Current CPR Certification (Required) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required) Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred) Apply Today!
