Salesforce Platform Analyst | Hybrid – Boston, MA

We’re partnering with a growing financial services firm to find a Salesforce Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology solutions. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days in office) where you’ll play a key part in shaping Salesforce capabilities to support a fast-growing wealth management business.

What you’ll do:

• Translate business requirements into impactful Salesforce solutions
• Drive product roadmap initiatives and deliver features with measurable value
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
• Optimize workflows, integrations, and data quality across systems

What we’re looking for:

• 3–8 years of experience in financial services or related industry
• 3–5+ years working with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud a plus)
• Strong project leadership and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications preferred
