Seasonal Barback – Miracle Pop-Up at Brasserie 23  

About the Experience  

Brasserie 23 is thrilled to host Miracle , the world-famous Christmas-themed pop-up bar known for its over-the-top holiday décor, playful cocktails, and joyful atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Seasonal Barbacks to help bring the Miracle magic to life! 

Your Impact  

As a Seasonal Barback, you’ll support our bartenders and service team in creating an unforgettable holiday experience for every guest. You’ll keep the bar stocked, organized, and running efficiently — helping ensure the Miracle bar stays sparkling, festive, and full of holiday spirit all season long. 

Your Responsibilities  

• Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, syrups, glassware, garnishes, and other essential supplies before and during service. 
• Refill ice wells, change kegs, and restock beverage products, napkins, and bar tools throughout the shift. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, wiping down surfaces, clearing glassware, and emptying trash as needed. 
• Assist bartenders with drink prep, garnish setup, and other service needs. 
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety procedures. 
• Support themed events and high-volume shifts with a positive, team-oriented attitude. 

Your Skills & Experience  

• Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Positive attitude and excitement for the holiday season!

Essential requirements:  

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
