Our client is a multi-faceted company providing full-service engineering services from start-up to completion phases, including conceptual front-end engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning and start-up phases on small to mid-size projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Civil Structural Designer that will be responsible in supervising design team and coordinating with other disciplines to maintain schedules and budgets.

Job Description

• Understanding of design codes and standards (AISC, ACI, PIP, etc.)
• AutoCAD 2019 or later
• 3D CAD Worx design and working with laser scan software
• Field work experience for field checks, as-builts, etc.
• Supervising design team and coordinating with other disciplines to maintain schedules and budgets

Skills Required

• 20+ years of experience with 3D CADWorx, Naviswork 3D, etc
• Capacity to manage small group 5-6 people
• Reporting to the civil struct engineer manager
• Work along the engineering team
• Lead on the design team
• Minimum 20 years civil/structural design and checking experience (petrochemical/industrial design experience preferred)
  • From conceptual to final design
  • Civil design for drainage, roads, paving, etc.
  • Steel design (structures, pipe racks, platforms, buildings, etc.)
  • Concrete structures and foundation design

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or Higher
