Senior Finance Associate – Accounts Payable

Boston, MA | Hybrid

A leading global investment firm is seeking a  Senior Finance Associate  to join its Corporate Finance organization. This is a highly visible role responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a complex, multinational enterprise. The position offers excellent exposure across Finance, Tax, Legal, and various business units—alongside strong long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of third-party invoices, from intake and verification through approval workflow and payment
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in partnership with the Accounting & Reporting team
• Investigate and resolve invoice-related questions, coding issues, and policy matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Tax
• Coordinate with external service providers on audit and processing functions
• Support ad-hoc accounting and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable, corporate accounting, or related experience
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Workday, AppZen, or Tableau is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:  $85K–$95K (DOE)
• Annual bonus:  ~15%
• Profit-sharing:  ~14% of total compensation
