We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join one of the worldâs leading global private equity firms who will own the accounting and reporting for a high-profile book of direct real estate investments (life sciences/lab, senior housing, self-storage, industrial, medical office, multi-family, media/content studios, etc.). This is a true âfinance business partnerâ seat inside the Real Estate team; youâll be the primary accounting contact for the investment professionals, oversee property-level and fund-level reporting, drive quarterly valuations, and play a central role in budgeting, capital activity, and investor distributions.
