The selected Supplier will be expected to perform the following activities related to the client's automation work, as prioritized by the client:
Assessment of processes for appropriateness/suitability and readiness for RPA, including facilitation of deep dive sessions/workshops with stakeholders as required
Improvement of business process documentation (work instruction level existing flowcharts will be provided) to improve readiness for RPA and operationalization post deployment
Development of RPA solution Story Cards, Process Description Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Production Support Handbooks
Development and testing (including coordination and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)) of RPA bots/solutions and changes to existing bots using UiPath software o As determined by the client, this work may include "refactoring" of existing bots to meet current coding and/or documentation standards, reduce reliance on "attended" vs "unattended" bots, and to enable reporting, etc.
Demonstration of bot functionality in monthly Sprint Reviews
Documentation of RPA solutions in conformance with the client's RPA development and documentation standards as governed by our RPA Centre of Expertise (CoE)
Coaching of and paired development with the client employees assigned as RPA CoE developer or 'citizen developers'
"Hypercare" support of each deployed bot for two weeks (or longer, as required), for each bot deployed in production
Knowledge transfer to appropriate client business and technical staff for the use, maintenance, and enhancement of bots developed by the selected Supplier
Provision of status updates on the above work as assigned to the selected Supplier
The client is seeking skilled resources related to:
Business Support (various portfolios / platforms / segments / etc.)
Review existing backlog of business opportunities
Discovery session with business stakeholders and CoE
Integrated portfolio view to reduced siloes and barriers across.
Integrated recommendations on key opportunities to prioritize in order to generate best value / return on investment
Integrated recommendations of processes to be fixed vs automated vs standardized (recommendations to be tackled by the client)
Support CoE with discovery and automation assessment that land with a process reengineering
Business Implementation (various portfolios / platforms / segments / etc.)
Develop corporate / modular bots (reusability across)
Develop specific functional / LOB bots
Full lifecycle including DevSecOps and automated testing, where appropriate
Fix existing production issues (or any emerging)
Upskill existing citizens developers for ongoing support
Make sure all bots are fully documented
Complete benefit realization validation / assessment
