Job Description

The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) is a key member of the Quality Assurance team responsible for leading the development and implementation of 85% automated testing frameworks and about 15% manual testing and practices within the software development lifecycle. This role partners closely with agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, automating tests for UI, APIs, and performance. The Sr. SDET also mentors junior QA team members, supports CI/CD pipeline integration, and contributes to quality standards and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years in development/SDET roles, 2+ years mentoring in Sr. SDET capacity
• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured), programming (Java, Python), and CI/CD integration
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, SDLC, performance testing, and QA best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular), and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and JMeter
