Senior Video Producer – Full Time Location: Lincoln, NE (In-person)
Salary Range: $60,000–$90,000, depending on experience

Three Pillars Media is a video production company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We create visual content for product marketers across industries like manufacturing, outdoors, agriculture, healthcare, education, technology and more. Our work takes us all over Nebraska and beyond — coast to coast.
We’re looking for a
senior-level Video Producer who can confidently take a project from concept to delivery — whether you're leading the charge or supporting the team. The role includes concepting, storyboarding, scriptwriting, filming, editing, coloring, and motion graphics — but above all else, we're looking for someone with
strong cinematography and editing skills. What You’ll Do - Lead or support projects from pre-production through final delivery
- Collaborate with clients and team members to create purposeful, high-quality content
- Film on location and in studio settings — both solo and as part of a crew
- Edit footage with attention to pacing, audio, and storytelling
- Color grade and apply light motion graphics when needed
- Adapt to a wide range of industries and environments
What We’re Looking For - Several years of proven professional experience in cinematography and editing
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and post-production workflows
- Comfort with both creative ideation and technical execution
- Ability to travel occasionally for shoots
- A portfolio or reel that demonstrates your best camera and editing work
Gear We Use - Cameras: Sony FX6, FX3, FS7, A7R; DJI drones
- Lenses: Primarily Sigma ART primes and zooms
- Support: Ronin gimbals, Dana Dolly, tripods, sliders
- Lighting: Aputure, LitePanel, Kino Flo
- Adobe Creative Suite
