Job Description
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Manage daily social media activities — posts, stories, comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated with industry changes.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and online reputation management.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and improvement areas.
