Job Title: Sr. Maximo Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract through April (with potential extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior-level Maximo Developer with strong hands-on experience supporting and enhancing IBM Maximo 7.6 environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Maximo customization, integrations, and automation scripting, along with a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes within asset-intensive organizations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment are required. Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom Maximo 7.6 solutions including applications, workflows, escalations, and automation scripts
• Develop and maintain integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) supporting Supply Chain and asset management processes
• Build and enhance automation scripts using Python and Jython to support procurement, inventory, and work management workflows
• Perform Java-based customizations and extensions within the Maximo framework
• Support and optimize Supply Chain related modules including Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, Vendors, and Item Master
• Enable and support integrations between Maximo and ERP, procurement, and supplier systems
• Collaborate with business, Supply Chain, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system performance and data integrity
• Develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience as a Maximo Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.6
• Expertise in Python and Jython automation scripting
• Solid Java development experience related to Maximo customizations
• Extensive experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management
• Experience supporting Maximo Supply Chain modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, Receiving)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote project environment

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
• Experience supporting Maximo 7.6 to MAS transitions or hybrid environments
• Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industry experience
