Position: Summer Camp Program Facilitator

Dates: July – August (Exact dates negotiable) 

Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time positions available

About Us:

At New Life Dream Academy, we offer a dynamic and fun summer camp experience for children ages 5-13. Our camp provides a mix of engaging activities, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, and educational games, all while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and compassionate individuals to join our summer camp team. As a Summer Camp Staff member, you will:

• Supervise and engage children in creative activities, outdoor play, and structured learning.
• Assist with planning and leading age-appropriate games, arts, and crafts.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all campers.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to children in a group setting.
• Ensure camp policies and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children ( A degree in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required)
• Ability to engage children in creative activities and outdoor play.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow staff.
• Patience, reliability, and a passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
• Background check clearance (required).
