Overview:

The Technical Digital Product Owner will lead an agile team focused on building solutions and experiences to shape core program business outcomes. This highly visible role will collaborate with leadership to understand the digital product needs and turn those insights into actionable tasks for the engineering team while maintaining the product vision and strategy. Your role will focus on collaborating with the business to develop product roadmaps and release schedules, defining product focus and features, and leading execution with the technical teams to bring digital products to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an agile team as Product Owner to define, design and implement core program experiences that support and drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with business to set an ambitious product vision, clearly communicating to stakeholders and the engineering team
• Work across the organization to create and maintain communication channels to develop product requirements and build visibility to solutions for feedback
• Understand the tech stack and how the tools work together to deliver product in alignment with the technical roadmap
• Review and contribute to the development of the technical roadmap to support platform enhancements and improvements
• Drive sprint and market release plans with the Scrum Master, through planning, execution and demo, utilizing ceremonies and tools as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and cybersecurity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in software, engineering, product or related field
• Implementation and/or configuration experience with Salesforce
• 3+ years of relevant Product Owner experience building digital experiences within medical device or consumer health solutions
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience to include managing a mix of employees and consultants
• Extensive practical experience and understanding of app and/or web design, app development and maintenance, information architecture, web content strategy, usability and accessibility anduser experience design

Preferred:

• MBA
• Fluency in Mobile and/or Web technology, including front-end technology, back-end technology and device connectivity
• Implementation and/or configuration experience with Brighttree, Netsuite or comparable systems.

Knowledge & Skills

• Particularly adept at effective communication with app developers, user designers, data engineers, system architects and firmware teams but also equally adept at communicating with those with a non-technical background
• Strong ownership with a leadership mindset, able to adapt and thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
• Ability to set strategy and follow through on tactical implementation and execution of initiatives
• Proven success developing product roadmaps, requirements and user experiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficiently
• Self-directed, internally motivated and driven

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.: $93,600 - $131,040 Additional benefits:: exempt - Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
