Techno-functional Salesforce Business Analyst

Must Haves:
Analyze complex business problems
Techno-functional and provide techno functional solutions
Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architect, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers + other stakeholders
Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity 
Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas
Plans and manages small to large size projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work more than 1 project at a time
Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives
Agile/PI Planning
Can do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upper-level management
Ability to think outside the box
Ability to break down scope, features, capabilities into smaller chunks
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to deliver a solution and a plan.
Participate in the go-to-market and launch processes (Concept-to-Delivery) – Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing -SIT,UAT/Production Readiness/Go-Live
Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted techno-functional advisor for business users
