OUR STORY

Air Charter Service was born in the basement of our Chairman’s house in 1990 after he saw an opportunity in the market for a company focused on offering its customers exceptional service, built on long-term relationships. With this as the company ethos, ACS soon outgrew the basement and required more staff, and now has over 500 staff worldwide in more than 30 offices across six continents.

Job Description

LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT

• Developing prospective clients through research in our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc.
• Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7
• Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense
• Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)

Qualifications
