Summary As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping the lead teacher shape the early education experiences of young children. You will help create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow through various educational activities. You will be someone who is reliable, dependable, and caring to help shape and mold the young developing minds.
Duties - Help with developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Help provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Help foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Help monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning and development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Requirements Must love working with children
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass background check
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Must be able to bend, squat, and stand for long periods of time
