Transaction Coordinator job at Prestige Realty Remote, US

Job Description

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and repairs. Responsibilities:

Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
Real estate license preferred
