Overview: Sentara BelleHarbour in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician to work a 14-week assignment! Travel Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician Sentara BelleHarbour - Suffolk, VA Freestanding Emergency Department ~Temporary Full Time & Evening Shift~- Temporary Full Time, 14-week assignment
- Evening Shift
- Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends & holidays
- $48.00/hr (MLS/MT) and $45.00/hr (MLT)
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- No benefits
Overview Performs laboratory tests; interprets results; documents and reports results. Maintains department equipment, instruments, and tools.
Education - Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or biological science or Medical Laboratory Science OR
- Associates degree in medical technology
Certification/Licensure - AMT Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) or ASCP Technologist (MLS)
Experience - Previous blood bank experience (preferred)
