**Job Title:** Video Producer I **Department:** Creative & Design **Country:** United States of America **State/Province:** Arkansas **City:** Lowell **Full/Part Time:** Full time **Job Summary:** Under general direction, this position will be responsible for producing and editing various video and digital media content to support J.B. Hunt Transport's (JBHT) marketing and sales initiatives, digital ad campaigns, internal and external communications, as well as various training and recruiting projects. With a strong emphasis on post-production, this role will leverage motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand alignment. The Video Producer I will collaborate directly with creative teams including video, content, and design, marketing strategy managers, and business stakeholders to develop compelling visual narratives. Projects may include customer and employee stories, digital product commercials, trade show displays, corporate events, recruiting projects, and training content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, is essential. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** + Support all aspects of the video production process with a strong emphasis on post-production, including motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and editing. + Specialize in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines. + Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to translate complex ideas into engaging visual stories through motion design and editing. + Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand identity and campaign objectives. + Apply visual effects and custom motion graphics with experience in scene and object tracking, screen replacements, and sky replacements to enhance live-action footage. + Edit and enhance video content using advanced post-production workflows including color correction, sound design, and visual effects. + Assist with the design of static and motion graphics for internal environmental branding, website content, and social media platforms. + Contribute when needed to all other facets of video and photography production including operating, setting up, and maintaining production equipment. + Travel out of state when needed for various video shoots for multiple days at a time, assisting production teams in capturing footage. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in video production or relevant field with 1 year of professional experience in video production OR at least 3 years of experience in video production and/or military equivalent experience. And Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences: + Ability to provide work samples (website, portfolio, reel, demo) + Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Expertise in creating compelling motion graphics and 2D animations using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. + Strong design sensibility and a keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory. + Proficiency in video editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), including advanced color correction and sound design. + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience working cross functionally with marketing, creative, and production teams. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable receiving and incorporating detailed creative feedback to refine and improve deliverables. + Basic 3D modeling and animation knowledge is a plus, as well as familiarity with tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender and understanding of lighting and rendering workflows within Redshift or Cycles. + A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and editing projects, including commercial, promotional, or branded content.
