As an Audit Staff Accountant, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of clients and industries while working side-by-side with experienced professionals who are invested in your success. You’ll be part of a collaborative audit team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and apply accounting and auditing standards issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the AICPA.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits and other assurance engagements.
  • Prepare and organize fieldwork, ensuring that supervisors are informed of progress and any emerging issues.
  • Take ownership of assigned audit areas under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Communicate audit findings and process improvements to Supervisors, Managers, and Partners.
  • Contribute to client meetings and help identify ways to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop a solid understanding of each client’s business, industry, and operations.
  • Participate in firm training and professional development programs to strengthen your technical and interpersonal skills.

Required Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Accounting degree required)
  • Preferred overall GPA of 3.0 (both overall and in accounting courses)
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 0–3 years of experience and actively pursuing a CPA license
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
