Strictly Enforced Health Code Procedures are as follows no jewelry (facial, or other) no airpods no nails (can use gloves) hair has to be covered at all times Base Pay $11 + tips Must be able to travel to all 4 locations!! (Lee Memorial, Gulf Coast, Cape Coral, and Healthpark) Must be 18 years or older and have your own transportation. Not hiring anyone under the age of 18! Morning Shift 7am or 8am-2pm Night shift 2pm-8pm This is one of the first Scooter's Coffee House in the State of Florida. Scooter's Coffee is looking for energetic Baristas with fun personalities who are passionate about serving others with spectacular service. OVERVIEW As a Barista you'll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You'll ensure the store is clean and sanitary, products are stocked, and fun is being had on every shift. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries). Strictly Enforced Health Code Procedures Clean, sanitize and maintain store. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed. Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary. Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings. Assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors, etc. Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues. Receive, unload and distribute deliveries. Other duties as assigned. Must work a closing shift, a weekend shift and have flexible availability. Must be reliable and able to work all shifts.
