- Obstetric (OB) call and general duties
- Approximately 15 shifts per month required (which may be organized in groups or scheduled as needed)

- Services Provided within the Practice: Obstetrics, general surgery, limited orthopedics, limited urology, plastic surgery, and gastroenterology

- Laboratory Services: Not applicable
- Daily Clinic Provider Volume: Approximately 60 cases per week, with daily volumes varying from 6 to 20 - Electronic Medical Records: Cerner
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Deliver anesthesia services to patients
- Competency required in obstetrics, general surgery, limited orthopedics, limited urology, plastic surgery, and gastroenterology
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certification

- Active Illinois Medical License or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license (please provide Letter of Qualification at the time of name clearance)
