ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Dental Hygienist provides valuable assistance to Dentists in comprehensive treatment planning and plays a key role in providing an extraordinary patient experience.

• People - Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience and service to build long-lasting relationship with the patient.
• Sales - Educate patients effectively and promote oral health by building rapport with patients and answering their questions. 
• Treatment Planning - Assist Dentists in comprehensive treatment planning.
• Hygiene - Perform daily hygiene activities including Prophy, Debridement, Scaling and Root Planing, Oral Cancer Screening, and taking X-Rays & Intraoral Images. 
• Team - Assist, support, and work closely with patients and the entire office team to ensure a consistently smooth, seamless, and productive operations.
