As our Digital Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across a variety of platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Manage SEO/SEM strategy and execution (organic + paid).
Create and optimize landing pages and user funnels (experience with tools like Unbounce, HubSpot, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with brand messaging.
Monitor marketing trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns stay within target ROI.
35 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush or Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, and conversion rate optimization.
Experience using marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and located within the United States (remote role, but within U.S. time zones).
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.
Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
