Job Description

As our Digital Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategy and execution (organic + paid).

  • Create and optimize landing pages and user funnels (experience with tools like Unbounce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with brand messaging.

  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns stay within target ROI.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush or Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Experience using marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and located within the United States (remote role, but within U.S. time zones).

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.

  • Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
