Remote Executive Assistant Needed
Job Title : Executive Assistant
Compensation Range : $20 – $25/hr (BOA)
Schedule: 13–16 hours per week
Location: Remote must live in DFW
Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO by managing the email inbox, coordinating the calendar with internal team members and external clients/vendors, and supporting improvement initiatives within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s inbox by sorting emails into a file system and flagging important emails for review
• Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO as needed
• Manage CEO’s Outlook calendar and coordinate meetings with internal and external clients
• Ensure tasks are completed by deadline by creating to-do lists, prioritizing due dates, and scheduling time blocks
• Upload receipts for accounting
• Assist with quality and improvement initiatives by preparing reports and summaries
• Keep emails and calendar organized weekly within allotted hours
• Participate in scheduled check-ins
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Strong people and communication skills
• Cheerful personality
• Excellent writing skills
• Expert with Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Detail-oriented and conscientious
• Strong organizational skills and office maintenance
• Punctual and dependable
• Adaptable and flexible
