Job Summary:We are seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to lead all plant maintenance and facility-related activities. This role oversees repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems, as well as facility upkeep including carpentry, roofing, asphalt, plumbing, and structural improvements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities across the plant. Perform and delegate repairs on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and building systems. Oversee facility projects including masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and asphalt work. Use maintenance ERP system for scheduling, tracking, and documenting work. Quote, bid, and review contracts for facility upgrades and contractor work. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Lead a small team of technicians and ensure timely response to maintenance needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience, including leadership. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Experience with CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) Skilled in project & vendor management. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
