**Job Title: HVAC Install Technician** Toledo, OH - Direct Placement We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our team. The role involves providing general HVAC installation services, conducting minor troubleshooting, and assisting in the training of new technicians while enforcing company policies and standards. You will handle new installations in customer homes, utilizing your customer service skills to educate and assist customers with the operation of new equipment and available finance options. **Responsibilities** + Establish rapport with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. + Install 80%/90%/gas, oil, propane, and electric furnaces of all makes. + Install air conditioning, heat pump, and mini-split systems, zoning systems, and rooftop units. + Install humidifiers, air cleaners, UV lamps, and thermostats. + Perform sheet metal layout and fabrication of standard sheet metal fittings and duct board fittings. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation (residential or commercial). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift up to 150 pounds. + General knowledge of HVAC state codes to apply practically on each job. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can grow your skills and career.
