**HVAC Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team! This position focuses on installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. If you're skilled, motivated, and ready to earn top pay, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** + Install HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.) according to specifications. + Perform start-up, testing, and ensure systems meet code requirements. + Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. + Maintain a clean and professional work environment. + Deliver excellent customer service during every job. **Essential Skills** + Experience in HVAC installation. + Proficiency in working with ductwork, sheet metal, AC units, furnaces, and boilers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + EPA universal certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with residential and commercial HVAC installations. + Strong troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering direct hire opportunities, comprehensive health benefits, a company vehicle, and opportunities to earn commissions. Participate in an on-call schedule, which is currently being finalized. You will work in and around residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
