About The Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Support department as an Email Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support through email and chat. Whether working remotely or on-site, your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries effectively and delivering a seamless support experience. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has excellent communication skills in English, and is passionate about helping others.
What You'll Do - Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products, services, or accounts.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Monitor chat queues and ensure all customer queries are handled within set response times.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, order placements, or resolving account issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Qualifications - Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in email or chat-based roles.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work hourly and full-time, with availability for different shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or on-site environment.
The Pay Range For This Role Is 25 - 28 USD per hour(Remote (Washington, District of Columbia, US))
