We are seeking experienced OSP Fielders with specialized knowledge and expertise in utilizing the Katapult platform for telecom projects that are willing to travel.
As an Outside Plant (OSP) Fielder, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive field surveys, assessments, and data collection for fiber optic and telecommunication infrastructure projects.
This is a traveling, Field position and you must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys, data collection, and site assessments for OSP construction projects.
Utilize Katapult software for data entry, stakeout, and as-built documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including maps, drawings, and reports.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and construction crews.
Identify and report potential issues or obstacles on project sites.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an OSP Fielder or related role.
Significant experience and proficiency with Katapult software.
Strong understanding of outside plant construction practices and procedures.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.
