PRODUCTION MANAGER – Automotive - Metal Stamping and Assembly

We’re looking for a  Production Manager  with a good understanding and knowledge of  Automotive Metal Stamping, PPAP, APQP, AIAG, TS16949 root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and Managing Production Teams. Spanish fluency is a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Production efforts for stamped metal & aluminum parts
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and managing production teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Support prototype builds and product launches
• Support ISO9001/2015/TS16949 systems
• Improve production efficiency and help drive continuous improvement
• Monitor production results and processes to proactively maximize production and eliminate waste

✅ Requirements:

• Automotive experience Preferred or with (PPAP, APQP, AIAG, Stamping Die’s)
• Automated Metal Assembly Experience Required.  Prefer someone with a very good understanding of Robotic Assembly and Automated Metal Assembly using Mig, Resistance / Spot Welding and Joining Technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 – 5 years in an Automotive Metal Stamping Environment
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Hand’s-On Manager Style
• Working Knowledge and Familiarity with Press Lines 1,000 Tons or Larger
