Project Management Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our projects—from greenhouse installations to large-scale irrigation system deployments.
Position Summary The
Project Management Manager will oversee all phases of project development, ensuring that timelines, budgets, safety standards, and client expectations are met. You will work closely with engineers, field technicians, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, field, procurement, and sales.
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates and manage expectations.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and work with suppliers/subcontractors as needed.
- Generate project documentation, reports, and close-out reviews.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
