We’re Hiring: Research Associate
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our analytical development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of drug substances and formulations within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute experiments to support analytical method development and suitability assessment
- Perform chemical and physical analyses to assist with process and formulation optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods
- Author and review experimental data and technical reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate analytical activities
- Present findings to cross-functional scientific teams
- Participate in routine instrument maintenance and lab operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, HRMS, GC, FT-IR, NMR, KF, Dissolution, PXRD, and/or other small molecule pharmaceutical methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and scientific rigor
Education
- B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or
- M.S. in Chemistry or related field with 1–2 years of relevant experience
