Summer Day Camp

Location: Bronx House, Pearl River, Rockland County, NY
Program Dates: June 30 – August 19 (7½ weeks)
Schedule:

• 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (if driving)
• Approx. 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (if riding camp buses)

Salary: $17–$25 per hour

Role:
Lead drama, improv, and storytelling activities, helping campers shine in mini-performances.

Responsibilities:

• Lead drama and improv sessions
• Prepare props, costumes, and setups
• Organize small performances
• Assist with supervision and trips
• Attend camp-wide events and trainings (certification available if needed)

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching theater or drama to children or youth.
• Preferably experience in a camp/school setting.
• Able to work outdoors and transition between age groups.
• Creative, patient, energetic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
