You will work across digital, print, and video platforms to create compelling, high-impact designs that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. The position emphasizes creativity, versatility, and collaboration, allowing you to take projects from concept to completion while ensuring brand consistency. You will contribute to marketing campaigns, sales materials, event graphics, and video content, supporting teams across the organization. This is a hands-on role with significant scope to influence the overall look and feel of products and communications.

Accountabilities

· Design and execute creative assets for digital, print, and video platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

· Develop web design assets, including landing pages, infographics, and email templates that optimize user experience and engagement.

· Create high-impact visual content for paid advertising campaigns and social media channels.

· Produce professional sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, reports, white papers, and conference collateral.

· Collaborate on video production projects, assisting with pre-production, storyboarding, editing, and custom motion graphics.

· Manage multiple concurrent design projects, maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, visually engaging solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

· 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fast-paced startup or agency environments.

· Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

· Strong understanding of design principles for web and print, including responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

· Portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and video/animation media.

· Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
