Competitive Pay: $66,500–$76,900 per year (Hourly + Overtime)
Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (40+ hours/week with overtime available)

Based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho , you’ll be on-site bringing commercial concrete projects to life. You will:
Smooth, finish, and repair freshly poured concrete surfaces using hand and power finishing tools
Set up forms, prep surfaces, and work with a variety of commercial concrete mixes
Inspect, maintain, and care for assigned tools and equipment
Collaborate closely with your crew to ensure precision and efficiency on every project

3–5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience
Proficient in operating hand and power tools specific to concrete work
High school coursework completed or equivalent
Able to work full-time outdoors in varying weather conditions
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality
Punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required
Ability to maintain company tools and equipment in excellent condition
Must pass a background check
