Hays Facilities Management are partnered with an exciting and prestigious leader in the Fin-Tech Trading space. They are looking to hire an Evening Facilities Engineer- (Mission-Critical) to support their NYC location.
Your new role
The job duties for the Evening Facilities Engineer- (Mission-Critical) include the following:
- Responsible for oversight of all mission-critical MEP, including office space and trading floors
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the site, assess condition of operation, consult design drawings
- Work and oversee outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is performed at the standard needed
- Hours 2PM-11PM, Monday–Friday
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong understanding and experience, (5+ years) of dedicated mission-critical support within the MEP space
- Strong personality, organized, and ability to be a top communicator with all lines of the business
